Our policy lasts 30 days (exclusions apply, please see below). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are not responsible for packages that are stolen from your delivery address or if the post office is unable to deliver to your address due to an incorrect address given or if they are unable to gain entry/access. In the case of approved exchanges, the customer pays for the return shipping & we pay with the exchange item's shipping.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

CANCELLATIONS
We do not allow cancellations after an order is placed. All Sales are Final.
